General Funding Requests

The NCJDA General Funding Request application is used by businesses, organizations, and other applicants seeking financial assistance for a project. The application collects basic contact information, the requested grant amount, total project cost, a description of the project and its importance, and the anticipated community impact.

 

Applicants must also provide expected project start and completion dates, a detailed list of project expenses, and supporting documentation such as cost estimates, photos, and letters of support or information about other funding sources, when applicable.
