Established in 1988, the Nelson County Job Development Authority (NCJDA) supports economic and community development activities in Nelson County.

​

The Nelson County Commission annually appropriates funds to support the functions of the NCJDA. The NCJDA contracts with the Red River Regional Council for staff and professional services.
